Draft text. It must be reviewed by the owner (and ideally a lawyer) before the site goes live.
How booking works
1. You send a booking request with your dates and number of guests. The request is not binding and nothing is charged.
2. The owner replies within 24 hours. If she doesn't reply in time, the request expires automatically.
3. If your request is accepted, you receive the bank transfer details (IBAN) by email and have 3 days to transfer the full amount. The booking is confirmed once the owner receives the payment. If you don't pay in time, the dates become available again.
Prices and payment
Prices are per night and include [VAT at the applicable rate / VAT exemption under Art. 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code]. The cleaning fee is charged once per stay.
[Municipal tourist tax: € [x] per guest per night, up to [7] nights, paid on arrival / included in the price.]
Payment is made by bank transfer, for the full amount, to the account given in the acceptance email. Please use the reference provided so we can identify your payment. Any transfer fees are paid by the guest.
Cancellation policy
[To be defined by the owner. Example:] Free cancellation up to [30] days before arrival (full refund). Between [30] and [14] days before: [50%] refund. Less than [14] days before: no refund.
Cancellations must be requested by email to [email]. Refunds are made by bank transfer to the IBAN given by the guest, within 14 days.
If, due to force majeure, the property cannot be provided, you will receive a full refund.
Your stay
